The research found startling extremes within the diffehireworking behaviours between staff who're Total Happys (ok within the ir job role huidafdsaa, and with their employer) and the Misery Guts (unsatisfiedin both their role and their employer).

the overpowering majority (87%) of Total Happys are committed to their organisations in comparison to just one0% of the Misery Guts; a staggering gap. the entire Happys are a lot more motivated to accomplish (88%, in comparison to one3% of Misery Guts), feel more engaged by their organisation (77%, in comparison to three% of Misery Guts) and can go the additional mile for patrons (89% huidafdsaa, in comparison to 47% of Misery Guts).
